Opening Times
The telephone lines and reception desk are open as follows:
Telephone lines open from 8.00am - 18.30pm Monday-Friday
Doors open from 8.30am - 18.30pm Monday-Friday
By appointment only: Extended access on Wednesday and some Saturdays.
Prescription requests must be in writing or patient access -
We are sorry but we do not accept prescription requests over the phone.
Extended Hours
Extended Hours consultations are by appointment only. These appointments are available on Wednesdays from 18.30 to 20.00. Please ask at reception to book an appointment
Thursday afternoons
On most Thursday afternoons Oak Hall is open until 18.30 for GP & Nurse Practitioner appointments, except PLT days.
On PLT days we close at 13.00, after this time please call 111 for advice or 999 in an emergency.
GP Educational Events / PLT
The surgery is closed on the following Thursday afternoons (except July, August & Dec) for GP educational events from 13.00. Cover is via 111 or 999 if an emergency.
