Named GP
You may be aware that practices are required to provide all of their patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to them.
Dr Axim and Dr Pulapalli is the named GP in the Practice and has responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides to you.
These new arrangements do not prevent you making an appointment or seeing any Clinician within the surgery, as you would normally do. The Clinician you choose to see regularly is your ’usual Clinician.’ It is normally advisable to stick to one regular ‘usual’ Clinician for your continuity of care.
