If you are unable to attend your appointment, please telephone the surgery to let us know so that we may offer it to another patient in need.
Did you know that in the three months from February to May 2016 over 51 hours of Cllinicians time was wasted on appointment that patients did not attend. 125 Doctor's appointments, 93 Nurse appointments and 30 HCA appointments.
If you are registered for Online Access you can cancel your appointments electronically. To register, please ask at the reception desk for your 'registration token.'
