Test Results
Please remember to contact the surgery yourself for any test results, Blood, cervical smear, scan or x-ray etc.. Results on average return within 14 working days. This is a sensible safety precaution. However, we would ask you not to phone before 14.00 so that we can keep the lines free during the morning for patients requesting home visits and appointments.
Our Care Navigator Team are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with a clinician.
Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
